“For me GFDD’s event has been amazing for all the Dominican community based in Miami and around the United States. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to share a night with El Mayimbe, and with all of you my beloved Dominicans.”

“After living abroad for 46 years it’s a pleasure spending an evening like this, you don’t stop being Dominican even if you’ve lived here most of your life, without my Dominican oregano and vanilla I don’t cook. I hope to see you at the next event; I’ve participated to other Dominican Get Together, like the one with Solano and Jhonny.”
Manolina Sosa
